Are you ready to elevate your career in a fulfilling care role? McCarthy Stone is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant / Care Supervisor to join our Foxhall Court estate in Banbury. Experience a rewarding environment where all your clients are in one place—no travelling required!

• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: 33 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Pay: £14.51 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights

As a Senior Care Assistant / Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. You will support the management of a community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

About You

• You are warm, friendly, organized, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (Those with L2 are welcome to apply but will need to undertake their L3.)
• You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve residents’ wellbeing.
• You will have previous experience managing team members.
