• Location: Richmond Painswick, Stroud Road, Gloucestershire, Painswick, GL6 6UL
• Salary: £13.50 per hour
• Shift Pattern: 3 x 8 am - 8 pm, and 1 x 2 pm - 8 pm per week

Your Role

You’re pivotal in running a unit, responsible for all clinical duties including observation, medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping. Your clinical expertise will also be crucial in helping with all CQC responsibilities. We aim to deliver high-quality, personal, and social care with kindness and warmth, encouraging residents to live life to the full.

Qualifications & Support

You’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care. We support your qualification completion if needed. You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, access to apprenticeships, an online resource portal, and free LinkedIn Learning access.

Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day management of a care unit
2. Carrying out clinical duties such as medication administration, care plan reviews, and record keeping
3. Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including shift handovers
4. Training and supervising new staff
5. Building relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare teams
6. Assisting residents with personal care duties
7. Completing a DBS check (cost covered by Bupa)
