Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join Ferfoot Care Home in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The home is a 52-bed Residential & Dementia Care facility with a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.7 rating on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will support residents and staff daily, take on a leadership role, and foster team development and growth.

Main Duties

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care, including assisting with personal care, medication, and daily activities. You will also lead and support the care team’s development. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, respectful, and committed to delivering excellent care with a growth mindset.
