Oakley Grange is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Warwick, offering state-of-the-art facilities, including 66 large en-suite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home features lounges, dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema, and a professional hair and beauty salon.

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Senior Carers to join our care team, supporting our residential and dementia residents. Our team members should have a genuine passion for care, work well within a close-knit team, and promote choice, individuality, and independence for our residents.

Applicants must have a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, sound knowledge of care legislation including CQC Fundamental Standards, supervisory experience, medication administration experience with relevant qualification, and be supportive mentors to care assistants. Previous experience working with older people and those with dementia is required; prior senior care experience is desirable.
