Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

1. Responsibilities:
   • Planning and implementing personalized care that promotes security, dignity, and independence.
   • Building strong relationships with residents and their families.
   • Leading a team of Care Assistants to uphold high standards of care.

   • Supporting the care team and influencing best practices.
2. Qualifications & Skills:
   • Completed Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent; willing to pursue Level 3.
   • Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care.
   • Positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a caring attitude.
   • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.
