Job summary

Agincare UK is looking for Home Care Assistants to support clients in Devon, including Whitely Court, offering fully funded training and career development. No prior care experience is required, just compassion and a can-do attitude.

You’ll help with daily routines and personal care, share moments of connection, and contribute to a kindness-driven care team with flexible contracts to fit your life.

Qualifications

• A Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or a minimum 1 year's experience in care.
• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A positive & professional team working ethos
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – sponsorship not available
• Full UK driving licence (Preferred)
• Alternating weekends are required for this role
• Night Shift availability/Flexibility is required.
