Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care, enabling clients to live with dignity and joy in their own homes. You will support daily tasks, offer companionship, and help clients maintain routines with empathy and professionalism.

A full UK driving licence is required, and alternating weekends are expected. No prior care experience is necessary as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and personal care in clients' homes.

• Follow training and safeguarding policies to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain respectful and compassionate interactions with clients.
