Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in the Nottingham area. No experience required; you will receive fully funded training and start making a difference in clients' lives by helping with daily routines and personal care, building trusting relationships in their own homes.

You’ll gain access to flexible contracts, opportunities for career progression, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Good people skills and the ability to show empathy and compassion.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily routines and personal care in clients' homes.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to maintain dignity.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders as needed.
• Maintain accurate and respectful records during visits.
