Night Senior Care Assistant in Otley - £14.56/hr | 36.75 hours per week

We are currently working with a prestigious care provider who operate a modern, purpose-built residential care home located in the picturesque town of Otley. This state-of-the-art facility offers a luxurious and secure environment, designed to provide exceptional residential and dementia care. The home features a variety of amenities, including beautifully designed outdoor spaces such as large roof terraces with panoramic views, perfect for socialising or relaxing.

They are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Night Senior Care Assistant on a full-time permanent contract.

Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:

1. Excellent communication and written skills
2. Previous experience as a senior care assistant, ideally in a care home setting
3. NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care
4. Medication training

Responsibilities of a Senior Care Assistant:

1. Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting
2. Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, and families
3. Manage the care team and ensure staff adherence to CQC guidelines
4. Provide exceptional levels of care to residents
5. Assist with medication management, care plans, and risk assessments
6. Understand CQC regulations and DoLs
