Hours: Full Time – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next, including alternate weekends)About the Role:
Merco are proud to represent a renowned care home group in their search for an exceptional Senior Care Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Care Assistants looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will join a passionate team providing Person-Centred Care and support within a professional residential/nursing home setting.

Essential Requirements:
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting
• Strong understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning principles
• Knowledge of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, including the ability to recognize signs of abuse and follow the correct procedures for handling allegations
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home to ensure prompt attendance
