Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
