Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with all aspects of daily living to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist in training and supervising junior and new staff members.
• Respond promptly to Nurse Call system, door, and telephone inquiries.
• Report on residents’ well-being and liaise with GPs and Support Managers.
• Conduct regular checks on residents as directed by senior staff.
• Provide personal and psychological care, including medication, toileting, bathing, etc.
• Maintain accurate records, including changeover and Keyworker documentation.
