About The Role

Your responsibilities include planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families to ensure personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and serve as a positive influence. Tasks may include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communicating with families, and administering medication.

Maintaining accurate records and fostering team relationships are key parts of your role. Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent and be willing to pursue further qualifications. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is preferred. Your positive energy, kindness, effective communication, and time management are essential qualities.
