What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
• NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social Care qualification
• NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or working towards it
• Availability to work alternate weekends
• Full-time availability of 42 hours for night shifts

A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant

• Provide person-centred care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, respecting residents' preferences and promoting independence
• Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure care plans meet residents' needs
• Administer medication safely, supportively, and in compliance with regulations
• Lead and participate in social activities and outings within the home
• Support and mentor new staff and potentially lead the home in the absence of senior management
