Senior Support Worker

36 hours, Paid Breaks

GBP13.75/hr

Permanent Night Shifts

We are currently seeking staff for night shifts to join a fantastic group of homes. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company.

Roles Available

• Night shifts: 3 x 8pm-8am
• 36 hours per week at GBP13.75/hr, including alternative weekends
• All breaks paid!
• Weekly pay: GBP495.00 before deductions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully, ensuring all contact is polite, friendly, warm, and supportive.
• Participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining records.
• Supervise and support the care team.

Person Specification (Senior Care Assistant)

• Minimum of two years' experience working in a UK social care environment
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, QCF, or equivalent (minimum NVQ Level 2)
• Supervisory and leadership skills, with a willingness to develop new skills
