Nightingale Homecare Group Ltd is seeking Senior Carers for the Beccles and Bungay area. The role blends office and field work, including spot checks, medication competencies, client assessments and care plan reviews. Competitive hourly pay and on-call incentives are offered.

The position focuses on leading and supporting carers, delivering high-quality person-centred care, and developing leadership skills within a growing homecare team.

• Community-based Team Leader duties.
• Office-based work, 8.30am-4pm.
• Supporting and leading our care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Providing guidance and support to carers and leading by example.
• On call one night a week 4pm-10pm and 6am-8:30am the following morning.
• On call one weekend in four (We are looking for applicants who are ideally able to work the equivalent to the weekend of 24th 25th October)

Nightingale Homecare is looking for Senior Carers to join our Beccles & Bungay Team.

This exciting opportunity offers a mixture of working in the office and out in the community carrying out spot checks and medication competencies with staff, you would also carry out new clients assessments and existing client care plan reviews.

We offer great hourly rates of pay - £15.30 whilst working in the office or carrying out team leader duties in the community. There is also additional pay for being on call which is one night a week and one in four weekends.

Any community care shifts carried out, will be paid at £14.80-£16.00 per hour.

Your role will include a mixture of:
