Job summary

The White House in Beccles, part of Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited, is looking for a caring Care Assistant to join our team. This role offers day and night shifts at The White House, 33 hours on days and 36 hours on nights per week, including every other weekend.

We provide thorough induction and training, plus a comprehensive benefits package. If you are kind and compassionate, you’ll help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in our home.

Care Assistant

The White House, Beccles

£13 per hour

Day Shifts - 33 hours per week -8am - 8pm (including every other weekend)

Night Shifts - 36 hours per week - 8pm-8am (including every other weekend)

Located in the market town of Beccles in Suffolk, The White House is a beautiful period house with a number of elegant and airy reception rooms decorated to accentuate the building’s individual character. Providing residential and respite care for 31 residents, the home care team focus on kindness and compassion when meeting the needs of their residents.

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
