Nightingale Homecare Group Ltd is seeking Home Care Workers in Norwich to deliver personalised home care, supporting clients to live safely and independently at home. No prior care experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided, with local visits to clients' homes across Norwich.

You will join a welcoming team committed to compassionate, high-quality care, with flexible shifts and ongoing learning opportunities to build a lasting career in care.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Must have full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care with dignity and independence.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's individual needs, including:

• Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assisting with medication.
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks.
• Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and social activities.
• Helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
