Job Summary

This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Main Duties

The Senior Care Assistant will monitor residents' wellbeing, participate in person-centred care planning, support with medication, and undertake staff supervisions. They will also serve as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals.

About the Role: Your focus will be to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring a supportive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring resident wellbeing and updating care plans accordingly.
• Participating in person-centred care planning and evaluations.
• Supporting with medication needs.
• Supporting staff development and supervision.
• Acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health professionals, addressing requests and concerns.

About You

• Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
