Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Senior Care and Support Assistant for Hilltop House in Bury St Edmunds. You’ll lead a compassionate team, provide personal care, promote safety, and build strong relationships with residents and colleagues. The role focuses on independence, dignity, and safeguarding in a learning disability service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising people is desirable.
• Recent experience supporting vulnerable people in a similar role.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Personalised care approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Your role

Your skills

• Enthusiastic and flexible approach
• Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
