Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Clinical Physiologist to join the Heart and Chest department in Southend. You will perform a range of cardiac investigations including echocardiography, ambulatory monitoring and invasive procedures, contributing to timely reports and patient care.

The role requires a BSc Clinical Physiology, AHCS registration or eligibility, and commitment to CPD.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable expirence in Band 5 role.
• Able to confidently work in core cardiology area e.g ETT, Holter analysis etc.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures to a specialist level.
• Maintain clinical documentation and databases with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in training apprentice and student Physiologists within the department.
