Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust invites applications for a Specialist Cardiac Physiologist to join the Echocardiography team. The role covers adult TTE, stress echo, Bubble/Contrast echo, TOEs across four sites, with potential for physiology-led clinics.

Qualifications

• Must hold RCCP/AHCS registration or equivalent.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Professional accreditation (BSE) or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult echocardiography investigations and reports.
• Work as a specialist within Trust and departmental policies.
• Undertake clinical procedures with dexterity and accuracy.
• Assess in-patients and out-patients prior to cardio-respiratory tests.
• Supervise and assess others in the team.
• Adhere to NICE and NSF guidelines.
