Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Card Issuing Lead to drive the vision, strategy and end-to-end delivery of our card issuing and payouts experiences in the UK. You will align cross-functional squads, manage partnerships and steer initiatives from ideation to live integration with a focus on customer value and operational excellence.

You will partner with the Payouts Product team to scale money movement for millions of customers, owning KPI-driven enhancements and complex change programs in a globally

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Leadership experience
• 3+ years of card issuance experience
• Deep knowledge of card acquiring and payouts customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to drive change in complex operational/technical environments

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, vision and OKRs for Card Issuing
• Manage third-party partnerships, align roadmaps and KPIs
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancements
• Prioritize features based on customer and market needs with development teams
• Conduct market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance to drive improvements
