Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to join the Card Acceptance team in London. You will partner with product management and stakeholders to shape the product strategy, refine epics, write user stories, and own end-to-end delivery with ROI mindset.

You will lead backlog refinement, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure clear acceptance criteria and high-quality deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Qualifications/certifications and relevant experience in a software development environment as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Ability to scope product roadmap initiatives and refine epics/features.

Responsibilities

• Understand our product strategy with stakeholders and identify opportunities for customers and teams.
• Act as the product ambassador, analysing requirements and design with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide business direction with an ROI mindset.
• Own feature refinement with specifications and acceptance criteria for stories.
