Job summary

Paysafe invites a Senior Product Manager – Issuing to lead the end-to-end strategy, development, commercialization and performance of the issuing products. You will own lifecycle strategy, pricing, and partnerships, and drive growth across card issuing and BIN sponsorship.

You will work with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to build compelling offerings, ensure go-to-market readiness, and optimize profitability in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management, payments, fintech, or related experience.
• Experience owning products through full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of card issuing and payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle and commercial success of issued products.
• Define and maintain product strategy, value proposition, and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify growth opportunities across card issuing, BIN Sponsorship, embedded finance, and digital wallets.
• Translate customer needs into differentiated product propositions and prioritized investments.
• Develop business cases including revenue potential and investment requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch and optimization.
