Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a Card Issuing Lead to shape the future of our Payouts Product team in London. You will own product strategy, drive cross‑functional delivery and collaborate with third‑party providers to align roadmaps.

You will define KPIs, manage end‑to‑end lifecycle from ideation to launch, and push performance improvements across money movement experiences for millions of customers.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ Product Leadership experience.
• 3 years minimum card issuance experience.
• Deep knowledge of the card acquiring and payouts customer experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear vision, strategy and OKRs for the Card Issuing product.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third‑party providers and align roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Stay informed about market trends, demands and competitor activities in card issuance.
• Establish KPIs and regularly assess product performance for optimization.
