TipTopJob is seeking a Business Systems and Transformation Lead to own ERP (Syspro), data, automation and process improvement to support growth. You'll work across the business to identify inefficiencies and maximise the value we get from technology investments, with the ERP at the heart of the operation.

Yes, the ERP sits at the centre of the role, but this is really about business transformation, process improvement and driving operational excellence.

Youll spend your time working with stakeholders across the business, understanding how processes currently work, identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical improvements that deliver measurable results. One day you could be mapping a business process within Operations, the next you could be reviewing reporting requirements with Finance, working on a systems integration project with an external partner or identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
