The successful candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and manage marketing and customer service functions.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within the UK market;
  • Develop business and regulatory plans for the UK and achieve operational objectives;
  • Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local partners;
  • Report market information to headquarters in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate with departments to establish operational processes in the UK;
  • Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
  • Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
  • BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international and multicultural experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence;
  • Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
  • Familiarity with selling imported products in Europe;
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
