The ideal candidate will lead business development activities and drive sales, playing a key role in generating new business and managing marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UK market;
• Develop and execute business and regulatory plans for the UK, achieving operational goals;
• Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local business partnerships;
• Report market information to headquarters in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with departments to establish operational processes for the UK;
• Enhance brand awareness of the company and its solutions in the UK;
• Provide excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries.

Qualifications/Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD-related products;
• BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
• Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international and multicultural experience preferred;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence;
• Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
• Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
