Responsibilities

• Generating new project opportunities across commercial construction and small works.
• Securing maintenance contracts and developing recurring revenue streams.
• Building and strengthening relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Representing the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Identifying market opportunities and developing a strong sales pipeline.
• Working closely with the leadership team to influence growth strategy.
