We're recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join BMS Performance in London.

The Senior Business Development Manager will be tasked with forging new recruitment partnerships with companies that meet a clearly defined ideal customer profile. This means you'll focus your time on well-researched, high-value prospects. Using advanced technology and your expertise, you'll execute a targeted BD strategy emphasizing quality over quantity, engaging stakeholders such as Sales Managers, Sales Directors, HR, C-Suite, and Founders to establish long-term recruitment partnerships.

The role includes managing the full sales cycle, including retaining and growing existing relationships. You will be assigned a large prospect account base and will also benefit from regular inbound leads. This dynamic, fast-paced role offers significant scope for personal and professional development.

We are looking for the following skills, attributes, and experience:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Experience in growing revenue through account development
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques
  • Curiosity and critical thinking skills
  • High coachability and a commitment to self-improvement

The role offers:

  • Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 with an uncapped £15,000 OTE paid monthly in the first year, with potential to double in subsequent years
