This is a full-time remote rolefor a Business Development Executive at Rela8 Group. The role involvesday-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities,building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developinggrowth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achievetargets.

We arelooking for someone who can build and maintain fantastic businessrelationships over the telephone and face-to-face. You will berecruiting and working with some of the world's biggest technologyvendors and innovative start-up companies in hyper-growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years provenbackground in B2B Events sales achieving and exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 3 year of proven account management with a trackrecord of account growth across multiple regions
  • Track recordof delivering £100k+ deals and hitting £1m+ annual revenue
  • An outstanding communicator at alllevels
  • Experience building your pipeline through marketanalysis, prospecting, and industry knowledge
  • Experience inusing a CRM system and managing client relationships
  • Createand deliver engaging presentations that accurately represent the valueof our activities as well as align them with the client’s needs.
  • Delivery of minimumweekly/monthly/quarterly/Annual targets and KPIs
  • Be able totravel and work independently in the UK, Europe, and the USA
  • Enjoy working within a small team
  • Great IT knowledge
