Worley, a global professional services company, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to support UK growth across Energy, Chemicals & Fuels, Resources, Power, Nuclear, Water, Infrastructure and Low Carbon Energy.

You will develop account plans, qualify opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, collaborating with Operations, Inside Sales, and Project Delivery to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Industry experience, preferably with some in the UK and across Worley sectors.
• Strong interest in sales, solutions focused, with a drive to ‘win’.
• Thrive in an externally facing role that relies on an ability to build relationship, work collaboratively and create solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of account plans and business development strategies.
• Identify, qualify and advance opportunities across multiple sectors and customer portfolios.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed through the Worley sales process.
• Develop strong market awareness and identify emerging trends, customer investment drivers and growth areas.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to inform account strategies.
