East Sussex College Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the Business Development team and drive growth across Sussex. You will identify opportunities, secure new income streams and develop strategic employer partnerships.

The role requires a proven commercial background with experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, and a track record of leading teams to exceed targets.

Qualificações

• Proven in generating new business, growing income and exceeding targets.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in leading, managing or developing a sales or business development team.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Business Development team, setting priorities and targets.
• Grow employer engagement and the College's commercial offer.
• Identify workforce development needs and secure opportunities across apprenticeships and training.
• Develop key employer relationships and drive new business through networking and partnerships.
• Collaborate with MD - Business and Skills, curriculum and operations to deliver growth.
