SSE plc is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to drive transformation through our flagship programme, focusing on agility, digital capabilities and customer journey improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design future processes and support high-impact solutions aligned with SSE's strategic goals.

You will lead requirements workshops, translate needs into specs, mentor analysts, and ensure effective change delivery within an agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in business analysis within an agile delivery environment.
• Leadership experience guiding teams of Business Analysts and ensuring quality outputs.
• Expertise in process design, mapping, gap analysis and Lean improvements.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders at varying levels.
• Experience in energy/utilities sector is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead the gathering of business requirements from stakeholders, facilitating workshops and interviews using MoSCoW prioritisation.
• Design future-state processes, data flows and ways of working aligned with transformation objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and work with development teams in agile sprints.
• Document current state processes, perform gap analyses and enable smooth transitions with Change Managers.
• Mentor and guide a team of Business Analysts to ensure best practices across the programme.
