Pets at Home is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Portfolio team, shaping strategic initiatives across the business. This role goes beyond documenting requirements, focusing on understanding complex challenges, influencing decisions and translating plans into actions.

You will work in a hybrid model, partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology and Operations, lead and develop a team of Analysts, and drive better outcomes through clear analysis, evidence and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisation.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing other Business Analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions through insight, evidence and storytelling.
• Experience across large-scale business and technology change initiatives.
• A strong understanding of Agile delivery practices.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Leading business analysis activities across strategic change initiatives.
• Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and shape future solutions.
• Facilitating engaging workshops and discovery sessions that drive clarity and alignment.
• Translating complex challenges into clear requirements, recommendations and actionable outcomes.
• Supporting business case development, benefits realisation and decision-making.
• Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts to help them grow and develop.
• Championing best practice and continuously improving the Business Analysis capability across the organisation.
• Building strong relationships across Product, Technology and Operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
