Rightmove is hiring a data-driven Business Analyst to deliver strategic, cross-cutting analysis across product domains and functions. You will support opportunities, shape decisions, and coordinate delivery end-to-end with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will produce varied deliverables, from detailed analyses to executive summaries and RAID logs, while collaborating with Sales, Finance, People, Operations and Product Development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within both Product/agile and formal Project & Programme delivery environment.
• Organisational and commercial awareness to align work to objectives and value drivers.
• Confidence in working across business and product domains, with rapid onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management, including building trust and influencing outcomes.
• Experience of Project Management and delivery from shaping and scoping through to closure.
• Expertise in eliciting and framing needs through discovery; translating insights into options.
• Strong process and journey analysis capability using evidence to pinpoint root causes and impacts.
• Proven ability to lead options analysis and support senior decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality analysis and provide light-touch Project Management when needed.
• Assess opportunities, shape decisions, solve problems, and drive delivery across Rightmove’s product domains and functions.
• Develop deliverables for multiple audiences, from detailed analyses to executive summaries and project plans.
• Balance strategic activity with detailed technical analysis and delivery planning.
