Job summary

Pets at Home, Handforth Support Office near Wilmslow, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Portfolio team on a hybrid basis. You’ll shape strategic initiatives, translate complex problems into clear outcomes and drive real-world value across the business.

You’ll also lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and champion best practices to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisation.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing other Business Analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions through insight, evidence and storytelling.
• Experience across large-scale business and technology change initiatives; understanding of Agile.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering value.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll operate across a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives, partnering with stakeholders from across the organisation to identify opportunities, define outcomes, and deliver lasting value.

You’ll also lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, helping to build a high-performing BA community where collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement thrive.

This is a role for someone who enjoys seeing the bigger picture whilst remaining close enough to the detail to challenge assumptions, uncover insights and ensure we’re solving the right problems.

What you’ll be doing

• Building strong relationships across Product, Technology and Operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
