Pets at Home is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Portfolio team, shaping strategic initiatives across the business. This role focuses on turning challenges into actionable outcomes, mentoring analysts, and driving value through clear requirements and stakeholder collaboration.

You'll work across business and technology, leading workshops, defining outcomes, and supporting benefits realisation in a hybrid working environment at Handforth. This is a hands-on role with real influence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading or developing other Business Analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Leading business analysis activities across strategic change initiatives.
• Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and shape future solutions.
• Facilitating engaging workshops and discovery sessions that drive clarity and alignment.
• Translating complex challenges into clear requirements, recommendations and actionable outcomes.
• Supporting business case development, benefits realisation and decision-making.
• Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts to help them grow and develop.
• Championing best practice and continuously improving the Business Analysis capability across the organisation.
• Building strong relationships across Product, Technology and Operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
