Job summary

Arcus Search is seeking an Interim Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact business change programme focused on acquisition processes. You’ll work across investment professionals and multiple corporate functions (Legal, Tax, Insurance, AML) to map, analyse, and redesign end-to-end workflows.

In this role you will lead cross-functional workshops, map as-is and to-be processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure delivery of

Qualifications

• Senior BA / Business Change experience
• Strong process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience working with investment/finance stakeholders, ideally Private Equity
• Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements
• Understanding and experience of the transaction space – private equity
