Arbuthnot Latham seeks a proactive Business Analyst to join our transformation program. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, document processes, and support the change portfolio across platforms and data flows.

With experience in financial services, you will run workshops, produce business cases, and partner with IT, operations and external vendors to deliver value while maintaining customer outcomes and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience running workshops (virtual and face-to-face) to elicit business requirements.
• Ability to translate requirements into IT solutions and architecture.
• Familiarity with change delivery frameworks (Waterfall and Agile).

Responsabilités

• Work with business and operations to understand needs for platform changes.
• Provide options and impact assessments for operating model designs.
• Document business requirements and user stories for IT teams and partners.
• Lead artefacts like BRD, non-functional requirements and user stories.
• Analyse current processes and map to future operating models (AS-IS/TO-BE).
• Support test activity and project handover to BAU.
