Arco is hiring a Business Analyst to join the technology team on a 6-month fixed term contract. You’ll translate complex business needs into clear requirements, support Agile delivery, and act as the bridge between business and Digital teams to drive measurable value.

You’ll collaborate across product delivery, business change and continuous improvement initiatives, working in a hybrid setup with home working and Hull head office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BA in digital, IT or business change environments.
• Experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
• Ability to create Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience mapping and improving processes using BPMN.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and challenges.
• Elicit, analyse, document and validate requirements aligned to outcomes.
• Develop Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for agile delivery.
• Define AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN where appropriate.
• Evaluate impacts, dependencies, risks and opportunities of changes.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and Digital teams throughout delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather information and build consensus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value and measurable outcomes.
• Apply BA standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
