- Coordinate across Business, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance.
- Evaluate trade-offs across journeys, models and ops.
- Redesign processes to enable scalable tooling and automation.
- Test hypotheses with analytics to justify changes.
- Influence executives with data-informed recommendations.
- Develop best practices to raise BA capability.
