Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Lead/Staff Business Analyst to shape the future of PlayStation Direct and PS Store. You will translate business objectives into clear requirements, guiding Product, Engineering, Analytics and Data Science to design ecommerce solutions.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, frame problems, and drive measurable outcomes across regions and markets, with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive BA experience in digital commerce, subscriptions or retail.
• Experience leading BA for cross-domain, global initiatives.
• Partnering with product, engineering, analytics and data science teams.
• Understanding ecommerce customer journeys and commercial drivers.
• Ability to align senior leaders with differing priorities.
• Experience mapping and redesigning complex processes.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Frame cross-functional problems and align priorities across stakeholders.
• Coordinate collaboration across Business, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance.
• Evaluate trade-offs across journeys, models and capabilities.

• Partner with Product and Data Science to test commercial hypotheses.
• Influence executive decisions with data-driven recommendations.
• Strengthen BA capabilities with new methods and standards.
