You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders at all levels, translating needs into requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify process optimization opportunities, analyse and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Provide guidance to promote adoption of methods, tools, and policies among stakeholders.
• Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for large initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of industry modelling techniques.
• Ability to advise on techniques and influence stakeholders.
