Job Description:

JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing global company that has been established for over 20 years.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements that align with transformation objectives, supported by the company's architecture and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities outlined in high-level Risk work packages.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, clarity, feasibility, and compliance with business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to meet transformation needs within project timelines.
• Implement quick-win solutions using standard templates to establish a scalable platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness, including testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience in computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• Knowledge of ETRM deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
