Join us as a Senior Business Analyst

Be part of a strategic digital programme delivering enhancements and transformation across the Transaction Banking Estate. Collaborate with product teams, client services, and User Experience to define requirements for the Tech team, understanding the broader business impact.

Key Skills and Experience

• Facilitating requirements elicitation activities, influencing and challenging the business to effect change.
• Defining business problems, opportunities, rules, requirements, user personas, and stakeholder profiles.
• Assessing and documenting the impact of proposed changes.

Valued Skills

• Confident communication, including presenting and facilitating workshops.
• Strong listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to understand wider business needs and viewpoints, engaging both business and technical stakeholders.

Purpose of the Role

Support the organization in achieving strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions to address problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Supporting the creation of business cases and conducting feasibility studies.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Designing operational and process designs for proposed solutions.
• Supporting change management activities and embedding solutions within the organization.
