As we grow, we're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Process & Systems team, driving smarter workflows, improved systems, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

1. Analysis & Communication: Translate business requirements into specifications, lead workshops, align stakeholders, and facilitate strategic outcomes.
2. Process Improvement & Quality: Streamline workflows, automate processes, lead UAT, and ensure ISO compliance.
3. Business Transformation & Strategy: Develop future operating models, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
4. Reporting & Prioritisation: Create documentation (BRDs, PRDs, ARDs), deliver insights, and use data to guide decisions.
5. Key Deliverables: Focus on KPIs, resource allocation, and implement practical change management across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business analysis, process mapping, and system workflows.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and MoSCoW methodologies.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis, business intelligence, Power BI, and IT infrastructure.
• Background in business integration, process alignment, and change management.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to bring clarity to complex issues.
• Adaptability to fast-paced SME environments.

What We Offer

• Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays
