• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams on Public Sector digital projects, ensuring alignment with Government Digital Standards.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction and analyze complex digital transformation programs.
• Lead business research initiatives to map processes, perform data modeling, and identify operational pain points.
• Drive internal capability and thought leadership in business analysis and transformation.
• Shape and lead analytical approaches in various Agile delivery environments.
• Apply business modeling tools and techniques to support understanding and problem-solving.
• Influence the design and optimization of business structures and workflows using automation and digital technologies.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and objectives.
