Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Process Business Analyst to develop end-to-end process maps and documentation, working with stakeholders across projects. You’ll support discovery workshops, capture requirements, and ensure governance and standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Process Documentation Analyst.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Experience maintaining documentation repositories and document governance standards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured project or change environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
